As we saw in this article, you can turn your paper follow-up forms into electronic forms, with your client signing right on the screen. You can even email a form to your client so they can fill it out online before their appointment.
You can also take your meeting notes directly in AssisTime. Open your client's record and, in the blue bar at the top of the page, under Contact record, click History. The Add a meeting button lets you enter the date, the type of contact (call, email, meeting…) and all the details you want to keep. You can even paste in your email exchanges.
And your paper documents? Scan them and attach them to your client's record (see this article). If you need to hand the record over to a third party, the Export the record (PDF) option, under Contact record, produces a complete electronic copy.
In this article, you saw how to create your invoices in AssisTime. Once your invoice is completed, you land on this screen:
From here, you can open your invoice as a PDF, save it to your computer, or email it directly to your client. The same goes for your receipts.
Your past invoices remain available at any time, under Accounting, Sales, Completed, or in your client's record (Contact record, Business relationship). You can view them and send them again if needed.
