Types of data collected:
A. Browsing and marketing data:
Concepsim Ltd. uses Google Analytics, Google Ads and Facebook cookies for advertising. These tools may collect data such as the IP address, browser type, pages visited and interactions with ads. This data comes from your browsing on our public website and does not include any data from the Google Calendar API.
B. Registration and contact data:
We also collect the first name, last name, email address, phone number, profession, legal form and city, as well as any other information provided by the user in the contact and registration forms.
C. Payment data:
If the user subscribes to the software, payment information is processed by Stripe.
D. Google Calendar data (optional):
If the user enables Google Calendar synchronization, we access their Google Calendar events as described in section 4. This data is processed separately and is never combined with the browsing or marketing data described in point A.
Collection method:
Nature of the integration: AssisTime offers an optional synchronization feature with Google Calendar that allows users to automatically synchronize their appointments between the two platforms.

Purposes of use: Your Google Calendar data is used exclusively to provide and improve the user-facing calendar synchronization feature, namely to:
Consent and activation: The Google Calendar integration is entirely optional. You must explicitly authorize AssisTime to access your Google Calendar through Google's secure OAuth 2.0 authentication process. You can enable or disable this feature at any time in your AssisTime account settings.
Authentication method: We use Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol, an industry security standard. Your Google credentials (username and password) are NEVER transmitted to, stored by or accessible to AssisTime. Only a secure access token is used for synchronization.
Storage of Google data: The synchronized data from your Google Calendar is stored securely on our servers located in Quebec, Canada. This data is encrypted and protected according to the same security standards as all your other AssisTime data.
Sharing of Google data: The changes you make in AssisTime (creating, modifying or deleting appointments) are sent to Google Calendar through its secure API, for the sole purpose of synchronization. Your Google Calendar data is not transmitted to any other third party.
Revoking access: You can revoke AssisTime's access to your Google Calendar at any time in two ways:
When you revoke access, synchronization stops immediately. Events already synchronized remain in both systems, but no new synchronization takes place.

Browsing and marketing data (section 3.A): used to improve the experience on our public website, analyze traffic and target our advertising campaigns.
Registration, contact and payment data (sections 3.B and 3.C): used to manage your account, provide you with the features of AssisTime, process your payments and communicate with you about the service. It is never used for advertising, marketing or traffic analysis purposes, is never sold, and is never used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. It is not transferred to any third party, except for the providers strictly necessary to deliver the service (for example, Stripe for payment processing).
Google Calendar data (sections 3.D and 4): used exclusively to provide and improve the calendar synchronization feature described in section 4. It is never used for advertising, marketing or traffic analysis purposes, is never sold, is never transferred to other third parties, and is never used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Consent procedure: Consent to browsing and marketing cookies is obtained through a consent banner displayed on your first visit to the site. You consent to the collection, use and storage of personal information only for the specific purposes described in this policy.
Consent to access Google Calendar is obtained separately and explicitly, through Google's OAuth 2.0 process, when synchronization is enabled. This consent is limited to the purposes described in section 4.
Withdrawal of consent: Users can withdraw their consent to cookies at any time by changing their browser settings. To revoke access to Google Calendar, see section 4.
Sharing conditions: We share your information only with the following providers, each for a distinct purpose:
The user consents to and acknowledges that we may use third-party providers who may have access to the information, and that these providers may be hosted outside Canada.
Third parties: No other disclosure of data to third parties is made without your explicit consent.
Security measures: Concepsim Ltd. takes all necessary measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
Accountability principle: Concepsim Ltd. takes full responsibility for the protection of the data collected.
Retention period: Data is kept for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy.
Retention of Google Calendar data: Data synchronized from Google Calendar is kept as long as synchronization is active. If you disable synchronization or revoke access, this data is deleted from our servers within 30 days, unless its retention is required by a legal obligation.
Access and rectification: Individuals have the right to request access to their personal data and to request corrections if necessary.
Right to challenge: Individuals can challenge the accuracy and completeness of their data and request changes.
Right of revocation (Google Calendar): If you have enabled Google Calendar synchronization, you have the right to revoke this access at any time through your AssisTime account settings or your Google account.
Right to deletion: You can request the deletion of all your data, including data synchronized from Google Calendar, by contacting our person in charge of compliance.
Data portability: You can request a copy of your data in a structured and commonly used format.
Updates: This policy may be updated periodically. We will inform you of any significant change.
