Booking appointments, reminding clients, invoicing, recording expenses, remitting sales taxes, preparing year-end: without the right tool, this takes three or four different apps, or a spreadsheet. AssisTime brings these tasks together and connects them: an appointment becomes an invoice, the invoice feeds your tax report, and your income statement is ready for your accountant.
Contact details, appointment and invoice history, notes, attached files and custom forms: each client's complete file, available in seconds.
Your clients book on their own, 24/7, in the time slots you open. Reminders go out by email and SMS, and your calendar syncs with Google Calendar and Outlook.
Invoice an appointment in one click, receive online credit card payments and let reminders go out on their own. Insurance receipts included. See invoicing
Enter your expenses as you go and keep your mileage log: at year-end, everything is already sorted.
Taxes are calculated on every invoice, and your tax report can be produced for the period of your choice (in Canada, with the regular method or the Quick Method).
Your income statement (T2125 in Canada) is produced in a few clicks, ready for your tax return or your accountant. If needed, turn on the balance sheet as well. See accounting
You only pay for the modules you need (monthly rates, plus taxes, 12-month commitment):
The first month is free, with no commitment.
No, but you can try it free for one month, with no commitment. After that, prices start at $10 per month (plus taxes) and depend on the modules you choose.
Not necessarily. In Canada, GST/HST (and QST in Quebec) registration becomes mandatory when your taxable sales exceed $30,000 in a calendar quarter or over four consecutive calendar quarters; below that, you are a "small supplier". AssisTime works either way: in your profile, you enter the date you registered for each tax, and taxes apply to your invoices from that date. Outside Canada, you set up your own taxes.

Yes. You produce your reports (income statement, taxes, transactions) for the period needed and hand them to your accountant, who then has everything they need at year-end.
AssisTime grows with you: add colleagues who share the calendar and client files, with a group discount, and switch to the incorporated business version of accounting if you incorporate.
