A product out of stock just when a client asks for it, an order placed twice, an inventory value guessed at year-end: keeping stock in a spreadsheet or from memory is costly. The AssisTime Inventory module tracks each product automatically, from your sales and purchases.
As soon as an invoice is completed, the products sold come out of stock. Goods received, adjustments and transfers between locations are added to the movement log, product by product.
Set an alert threshold for each product: products whose stock drops to that threshold are flagged in the inventory list, so you can order before running out.
Create your purchase orders, email them as PDFs, then receive the goods in one or more shipments: each receipt enters stock at the order cost.
Assign a barcode to each product and scan it with your phone's camera. During a physical count, enter the quantities counted: an adjustment is created for each difference.
Each product's average cost is recalculated with every purchase. You know the value of your inventory at all times and can produce the inventory accounting entry at month-end or year-end. See accounting
