AssisTime has been around for a few years now. Although it is easy to use, it has become increasingly necessary to create a help centre to support users who have questions about it.

Of course, we could develop a traditional help centre. However, our experience with that kind of help centre has rarely been positive: they are often vague, usually suggest only one way of doing things, and are not updated regularly. For AssisTime, we have in mind a friendlier help centre that gives easy access to the answers you're looking for. We also want to build a platform where users can ask us questions and where we can easily answer them. Just like in a classroom, the questions one person asks often lead to answers that are useful to the whole group.

That's why we chose a blog. The help centre articles will be written in an easy, enjoyable style. You'll be able to ask us questions, make suggestions and share how you use AssisTime in your day-to-day work. This blog will also be the perfect place to keep you up to date on what's new!
