Tips

You can now collect tips. To do so, turn on the option in your profile:

Once the option is on, the tip options appear when you add payments to your invoices and when your clients pay you online (Stripe or PayPal):

Preferred payment types

You can now select your preferred payment types for your incoming and outgoing payments in the Accounting - Customize - Payments menu:

With this new feature, you no longer have to select the payment type for most of your payments, since your preferred type will be filled in for you. You can of course change it as needed when you enter incoming payments or an expense.

Assign one client at a time to a colleague

If you want to give a colleague in your group access to one of your clients' records, you can now do so without sharing all your clients.

To do this, go to the Contacts - Customize - Options menu. Then choose Choose contacts to share manually as the answer to the field Share your contacts with the other users in your group?

When this option is selected, you have access to the Sharing menu, found in the Contact record menu.

You can then select the colleagues you want to share this client with.
