Here is a list of new features that have just been released:
You can now decide when your appointment slots close, according to your preferences. This lets you set a minimum notice period for clients booking through the portal.
For example, if you don't want clients to book appointments for the current day, you can set the notice period to 24 hours. That way, when a client looks for an appointment, your portal will only offer time slots that are at least 24 hours away.
Have you created several invoices for a client, and they paid all of them with a single cheque?
You can now record the payments for all these invoices in one operation!
Simply click the Receive multiple payments button, check the invoices for which you received a payment, select the payment type and the date, and click the Confirm button. You can also add a note about the payment.
Note that the same process has been added for paying your suppliers' invoices.
You can now save the Revenue sources report as a PDF.
