At the core of AssisTime is its contact database (CRM), which all the other services need in order to work. Subscribing to it is therefore mandatory. It costs $10* per month. Note that the calendar service is included with the CRM.
You can then subscribe to the add-on services:
- The online appointment booking service, which lets your clients book appointments without contacting you (add $3* per month).
- The accounting service (add $3* per month).
You can choose whether or not to subscribe to the accounting and online appointment booking services, so you only pay for the services you need.

If you have employees who also need to use AssisTime, there is a subscription for them.
The employee subscription is a restricted access. Among other things, it lets them enter sales and appointments and create client profiles. However, it does not let them delete sales or clients, and it does not give access to your business's financial statements.
The monthly rate for employee access is 50% of the regular price. In other words, if your employee needs access to the CRM and accounting, it will cost you only $6.50* (50% of the regular rate of $13*).
